Olive Oil
Traditionally bruschetta was often used as a base to sample the season’s olive oil. This simple yet delicious recipe deserves the use of quality Extra Virgin Olice Oil.

Ingredients: Fresh clove of Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt.

Instructions: Toast the Bruscotta. Rub some fresh garlic over the surface of the Bruscotta. A light drizzle of Olive Oil and a sprinkle of salt.

The Traditional
This recipe needs no introduction… it’s what comes to mind when someone says Bruschetta!

Ingredients: Fresh clove of Garlic, Diced Tomatoes, Diced Onion, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt.

Instructions: Toast the Bruscotta. Rub some fresh garlic over the surface of the Bruscotta. Add diced tomatoes and onion, a light drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt and a basil leaf for a splash of color and fresh aroma.

Pepperoni
A favorite with all the kids, young and old!

Ingredients: Tomato Sauce, Shredded Mozzarella, Sliced Pepperoni.

Instructions: Lightly toast the Bruscotta. Spread a rich tomato sauce over entire surface and scrape off any excess. Add mozzarella, pepperoni and sprinkle some more mozzarella over the top. Place back in oven until cheese is melted.

Veggie Bruscotta
The healthy choice.

Ingredients: Tomato Sauce, Shredded Mozzarella, Shredded Carrots, Diced Green amd Yellow Peppers, Diced Onions, Diced Tomatoes, Sliced Mushroom and Black Olives.

Instructions: Lightly toast the Bruscotta. Spread a rich tomato sauce over entire surface and scrape off any excess. Add mozzarella,Diced Vegetables, mushroom and olives followed by a sprinkle of Shredded Mozzarella on top. Place back in the oven until Mozzarella is melted.

The Veggie Baconator
Breaking the rules never tasted so good!

Ingredients: Tomato Sauce, Shredded Mozzarella, Shredded Carrots, Diced Green amd Yellow Peppers, Diced Onions, Diced Tomatoes and Diced Bacon.

Instructions: Lightly toast the Bruscotta. Spread a rich tomato sauce over entire surface and scrape off any excess. Add mozzarella,Diced Vegetables followed by a sprinkle of Shredded Mozzarella on top. Add diced Bacon on top of everything and place back in the oven until Mozzarella is melted and bacon is cooked.

Rucola and Cheese
A light snack perfect for the summer!

Ingredients: Tomato Sauce, Shredded Mozzarella, Rucola and Shaved Parmiggiano or other sharp cheese

Instructions: Lightly toast the Bruscotta. Spread a rich tomato sauce over entire surface and scrape off any excess. Add mozzarella, Rucola and Shaved Parmiggiano. Place back in the oven until Mozzarella is melted.

Breakfast Bruscotta
A fresh new take on breakfast!

Ingredients: Tomato Sauce, Eggs or Egg Whites, Shredded Mozzarella, Diced Green amd Yellow Peppers, Diced Onions, Diced Bacon and Breakfast Sausage.

Instructions: Add diced sausage, bacon. onion and peppers in a hot pan. Add eggs or egg whites once bacon is cooked and stir gently until cooked. Lightly toast the Bruscotta. Spread a rich tomato sauce over entire surface and scrape off any excess. Add a layer of scrambled eggs followed by a sprinkle of Shredded Mozzarella on top. Place back in the oven until Mozzarella is melted.

Banana Split
A must to try!

Ingredients:
Nutella, Banana, Strawberries and Powdered Sugar.

Instructions: Toast the Bruscotta. Spread a generous coat of Nutella, add sliced banana, strawberries and sprinkle some powdered sugar.

Tip: To make Nutella easier to spread, add a teaspoon or two of vegetable oil to the jar and stir.

The Kings’ Dessert
A heavenly mix of fruit and choccolate fit for a king!

Ingredients:
Nutella, Kiwi, Banana, Strawberries and Powdered Sugar.

Instructions: Toast the Bruscotta. Spread a generous coat of Nutella, add slices of banana, kiwi and strawberries to your liking. Sprinkle some powdered sugar and dig in!

Tip: To make Nutella easier to spread, add a teaspoon or two of vegetable oil to the jar and stir.
